Celebrating Our Accomplished 2024 Women of the Channel and Power 100 Winners
We are thrilled to highlight that, once again, CRN has honored several members of WatchGuard’s channel leadership team in its annual Women of the Channel list. Seven inspiring and talented women from WatchGuard Technologies—who continually put our partner community first and drive success for their customers—appeared on this year’s list.
Additionally, CRN has named Michelle Welch to its prestigious Most Powerful Women Of The Channel: Power 100 list for the sixth consecutive year.

- Cathryne Rowe, Director of Partner Ecosystem and Field Marketing
- Alexandra McWethy, Director of Demand Generation Programs

These well-deserved recognitions reinforce how WatchGuard’s most outstanding female channel leaders empower partners to maximize and strengthen their relationships with our company. They are committed, results-oriented individuals who are hyper-focused on customer success and keep their fingers on the pulse of the channel, its latest innovations, and emerging trends to fuel WatchGuard partners’ growth.
Although the industry has made significant strides in recent years, women still remain underrepresented within the tech field, currently making up approximately 35% of its workforce. To do our part in creating a more inclusive workforce, WatchGuard is committed to providing resources that support the professional development of women throughout the organization. For example, Women of WatchGuard (WoW) is a dynamic employee resource group dedicated to empowering and inspiring women to advance professionally and personally. WoW supports more than 200 employees across 22 countries through impactful virtual and live events, with major hubs in Noida, India; Chengdu, China; Santa Rita, Brazil; Seattle, Washington; Ontario, Canada; Bilbao, Spain; and Madrid, Spain. Through networking, mentoring, and professional development opportunities, WoW champions women's voices, amplifies their contributions, and cultivates a community where everyone thrives.
WatchGuard is elated for all of our Women of the Channel honorees to be recognized on the 2024 list. Congratulations to each of our winners!
