If you have an active subscription license for Compliance Reporting, managed accounts can add any number of users to their account. You can limit the maximum number of users for a specific account you manage.
- Unlimited number of users — Select this option to allow the account to add any number of users to their account.
- Limit the number of users — Select this option to limit the maximum number of users for an account.
To limit the number of
- Select Inventory.
- From Account Manager, select the managed account. If this is a Service Provider account, you must also select their Subscriber account from the list of their managed accounts.
- Select ThreatSync+ SaaS > Allocation.
- Select Compliance Reporting > Allocation.
- From the Allocation Type list, select Subscription.
- Select Limit the number of users.
- Type the Maximum Number of Users this account can have.
- Click Save.
