Limit the Number of Users for a Managed Account — ThreatSync+ NDR

If you have an active subscription license for ThreatSync+ NDR, managed accounts can add any number of users to their account. You can limit the maximum number of users for a specific account you manage.

Unlimited number of users — Select this option to allow the account to add any number of users to their account.
Limit the number of users — Select this option to limit the maximum number of users for an account.

Caution: If you allocate an unlimited number of usersendpoints with subscription to an account, your Service Provider account could become overallocated. If this happens, you cannot access the management UI and no new installations are permitted. Overallocated devices are unprotected after seven days.

To limit the number of users for a managed account, in WatchGuard Cloud:

Select Inventory.
From Account Manager, select the managed account. If this is a Service Provider account, you must also select their Subscriber account from the list of their managed accounts.
Select ThreatSync+ NDR > Allocation.
Select ThreatSync+ SaaS > Allocation.
From the Allocation Type list, select Subscription.
Select Limit the number of users.
Type the Maximum Number of Users this account can have.
Click Save.
