Manage Sites that Autofill Credentials
Applies To: AuthPoint Total Identity Security
The AuthPoint password manager is a legacy feature that is only available to accounts that purchased Total Identity Security before 1 October 2024. Accounts that purchased AuthPoint Total Identity Security after that date do not include the password manager. For more information, go to End of Availability for the AuthPoint Password Manager.
Blocked sites are websites that AuthPoint does not store or autofill credentials for. You might do this if you do not want to be prompted to save your password for a specific website.
You can see and manage your blocked sites from the Blocked Sites page in the AuthPoint browser extension. This feature is not available in the AuthPoint mobile app.
You can manually save passwords for blocked sites in your password vault.
To add a new blocked site in the AuthPoint browser extension:
- Open the AuthPoint browser extension and log in to your password vault.
- Click and select Settings.
- Tap Manage blocked websites.
The Blocked Websites page opens. - In the Add Website text box, enter the URL of the website that you do not want to autofill credentials for. You can specify a domain or path. For example, admin.example.com or example.com/admin.
- Press the Enter or Return key.
AuthPoint adds the site to the list.
To allow AuthPoint to store and autofill credentials for a blocked site, disable the toggle next to the site. This means that you do not have to delete a blocked site to enable AuthPoint password management for the website.
