Disable Email Alerts for Blocked Items
To stop receiving email alerts when an item is blocked:
- In WatchGuard Cloud, select Configure > Endpoints.
- Select Settings > My Alerts.
- Disable the A program that is being classified gets blocked toggle.
View Details of Blocked Items
To view information about blocked items:
- In WatchGuard Cloud, select Monitor > Endpoints.
- Select Status > Security.
- Select the Currently Blocked Programs Being Classified tile on the dashboard.
- To unblock the item, click the item and select Unblock.
If you cannot unblock the item here, add the program to the allowlist or create an exclusion. For more information, go to Configure Authorized Software Settings (Windows Computers) or Create Exclusions in WatchGuard Endpoint Security.
When Endpoint Security blocks a program that is then reclassified as goodware, the program no longer shows as blocked. You can see the program in the History of Blocked Items list.
If items are blocked and classified as malware, you can check the Malicious programs or Potentially Unwanted Programs tiles on the dashboard for details.
