Remove the Endpoint Security Plug-in for Kaseya VSA

You can remove the Endpoint Security Plug-in for Kaseya VSA from the Kaseya VSA UI. Removing the plug-in removes all customer data and your WatchGuard Cloud API access information. For information about how to remove the plug-in data only, see Remove All Plug-in Data.

To upgrade to a new version of the Endpoint Security Plug-in for Kaseya VSA, you must first remove the old version, then install the new one.
When you remove the plug-in, all configuration data for Connections, Clients, and Alerts, are removed along with the plug-in. Remember to record your configurations before you remove the plug-in.

To remove the plug-in:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. In the left navigation pane, select System.
  3. In the Server Management section, select License Manager.
    The License Manager page opens with the Third Party tab selected.
  4. Select the WatchGuard Endpoint Security Kaseya plug-in.
  5. Click Remove.
  6. Click Yes.
    The Endpoint Security Plug-in for Kaseya VSA is removed from your system.
