Remove the Endpoint Security Plug-in for Kaseya VSA
You can remove the Endpoint Security Plug-in for Kaseya VSA from the Kaseya VSA UI. Removing the plug-in removes all customer data and your WatchGuard Cloud API access information. For information about how to remove the plug-in data only, see Remove All Plug-in Data.
To upgrade to a new version of the Endpoint Security Plug-in for Kaseya VSA, you must first remove the old version, then install the new one.
When you remove the plug-in, all configuration data for Connections, Clients, and Alerts, are removed along with the plug-in. Remember to record your configurations before you remove the plug-in.
To remove the plug-in:
- Log in to your account.
- In the left navigation pane, select System.
- In the Server Management section, select License Manager.
The License Manager page opens with the Third Party tab selected. - Select the WatchGuard Endpoint Security Kaseya plug-in.
- Click Remove.
- Click Yes.
The Endpoint Security Plug-in for Kaseya VSA is removed from your system.
