Search for Duplicates with Data Control
Applies To: WatchGuard Data Control
In WatchGuard Data Control, two files are duplicates when their content is identical, regardless of the normalization process or the Data Control settings you define. The comparison between two files does not include file names or extensions. You can use the Files with Personal Data list to look for and delete duplicate files. To help minimize the exposure of sensitive information, we recommend that you search for and delete duplicate files.
For information on normalization, see About Data Control Search. For information on settings, see Data Control Settings.
