The WatchGuard Advanced Reporting Tool (ART) is an optional WatchGuard Endpoint Security module available with WatchGuard EPDR and WatchGuard EDR licenses. Advanced Reporting dashboards provide key indicators, search options, and default alerts. For more information, go to About the Advanced Reporting Tool.
When you review the information in the ART dashboards, you might see that some dashboard information is inaccurate or missing.
Inaccurate information might include:
- Incorrect IP address of a device
- Incorrect device name
- Incorrect device name that shows as NULL
For any of these issues, make sure to use the PSInfo tool when you contact Support.
ART dashboard issues might include:
- Dashboard is blank
- Dashboard loads continuously
- Dashboard shows an error when you open it
For any of these issues, when you contact Support, they might ask you to provide screenshots or a video that reproduces the issue.
A Support representative might ask for access to your endpoint security product.
