Troubleshoot Update Process Restarts

WatchGuard Endpoint Security products use settings profiles that specify the actions to take when you install a protection update on workstations and servers. You can configure a computer to not restart when the update process completes. However, you might notice that a computer restarts after an update, even though the settings specify not to restart.
If you experience an unexpected restart while the protection upgrade process completes, contact Support and provide this information:
- The date and time of the unexpected restart.
- Use the PSInfo tool to provide diagnostic logs to help Support troubleshoot your issue. For more information, go to Get Started with PSInfo.
