Firebox wireless devices

With Firebox devices that have built-in wireless capabilites, WatchGuard provides a wireless solution on your Firebox that is integrated with your firewall. For more information, go to About Wireless Firebox Configuration.

Wi-Fi in WatchGuard Cloud Access Points

You can add WatchGuard access points to WatchGuard Cloud to monitor and configure your devices. Wi-Fi in WatchGuard Cloud enables you to centrally manage multiple wireless access points across your distributed workforce. WatchGuard Wi-Fi 5 APs (AP125, AP225W, AP325, AP327X, AP420 only)

WatchGuard APs (Wi-Fi 5) connect to your network to expand your wireless connectivity options, and can be managed from your Firebox with the Gateway Wireless Controller or with WatchGuard Wi-Fi Cloud.

As of Fireware v12.11 and higher, only AP125, AP225W, AP325, AP327X, AP420 devices that run the latest v11.0.0-36-4 firmware are supported by the Gateway Wireless Controller on a Firebox. Make sure you upgrade your access points to the latest firmware version before you upgrade to Fireware v12.11.
