About the Connection Issues by Account List
On the Monitor Devices page, the Connection Issues by Account widget shows Service Providers a list of their managed accounts where Wi-Fi clients experienced connection issues with access points on the wireless network.
You can also view the Connection Issues by Account widget on the Overview or Service Provider dashboard. You can add this widget to your Dashboard page. For more information, go to Customize the Service Provider Dashboard.
To open the Connection Issues by Account page, click the title.
To open the Device Summary page for a specific account, select an account name from the list. The Connection Issues widget shows a summary of the Wi-Fi failures for that account. For more information, go to Access Point Connection Issues Report.
