On the Monitor AuthPoint page, the Denied Push Notifications widget shows Service Providers the number of push notifications that have been denied by users in their account and accounts that they manage.
You can also see the Denied Push Notifications widget on the Overview or Service Provider dashboard.
To open the Denied Push Notifications by Account page, in the widget, click View All.
The list shows information for the time period you select from the drop-down list in the upper-left corner of the page.
The total number of accounts listed shows next to the Search box. To find a specific account, in the Search box, type the account name and press Enter.
To open the Summary page for a specific account, select an account name from the list. On the Summary page, the Denied Push Notifications widget shows the number of push notifications that were denied by users in that account. To view a more detailed report, click the title of the widget.
