Browser Compatibility
WatchGuard Cloud was not designed for compatibility with mobile devices. While most mobile browsers can render most pages, we recommend that you use a supported browser on a desktop or laptop computer.
The web-based management UI for WatchGuard Cloud and endpoint security products is accessible with the latest version of these browsers:
- Google Chrome *
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari *
* The browser window cannot be in incognito mode. Cookies must be allowed. With some browsers, WatchGuard Endpoint Security products (WatchGuard Advanced EPDR, EPDR, EDR, EDR Core, and EPP) do not open within an iframe in WatchGuard Cloud because the session cookie is blocked or not allowed. When this occurs, you might see the error message "Session expired! Access again from WatchGuard Cloud". For more information, see this Knowledge base article (external).
