Cyber Defense Magazine’s Black Unicorn Awards Honors WatchGuard’s Michelle Welch as a Top 10 Women in Cybersecurity

As part of its annual Black Unicorn Awards, Cyber Defense Magazine has honored WatchGuard’s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Channel, Michelle Welch, in its list of the Top 10 Women in Security for 2021! This awards program shines the spotlight on an elite group of information security professionals shaping the cybersecurity industry and smashing through the glass ceiling.

Michelle’s second consecutive Black Unicorn award is well-deserved as she was instrumental in managing WatchGuard’s integration of Panda Security last year where she utilized a common, channel-centric GTM strategy across both organizations to accelerate integration into one comprehensive portfolio that was available to all partners in less than a year. She has continued to focus on driving innovation around the partner experience working at WatchGuard.
