Manage Searches in Data Control
Applies To: WatchGuard Data Control
In the Searches section of the WatchGuard Data Control dashboard, you can see previous searches. Information shown includes when the searches started and their status (In progress or Canceled). When a search is complete, there is no status.
From the options menu for each search, you can manage the search:
- In the row for the search you want to rename, click .
- Select Change Name.
- Type a new name.
- Click OK.
- In the row for the search you want to copy, click .
- Select Make a Copy.
The Advanced Search page opens. - Enter a new name.
- Modify search parameters, if required.
- Click Search.
- In the row for the search you want to delete, click .
- Select Delete.
- Click OK.
- In the row for the search you want to rerun, click .
- Select Relaunch Search.
Data Control immediately relaunches the search.
- In the row for the in progress search you want to cancel, click .
- Select Cancel.
- Click OK.
- In the row for the search you want to edit, click .
- Select Edit Search.
The Advanced Search page opens. - Type a new name, if required.
- Modify search parameters, as required.
- Click Search.
