Commercial Real Estate Company Secures All Its Workspaces with WatchGuard

With more than 40 co-working spaces located across Asia Pacific in Singapore, Bangkok, Shanghai, Jakarta, Seoul, Sydney, Melbourne, Taipei and Tokyo, JustCo required an all-encompassing service provider to better protect and strengthen the network security of its co-working spaces across the globe.

In order for JustCo to successfully scale and achieve greater efficiency and performance across its APAC markets, it was important for us to connect our network via a VPN software. Solution
In order to better protect their workspaces, JustCo installed the following WatchGuard Firebox appliances to their network: M270, M370, M400, M500, M670, M4600, and M470. These Fireboxes came equipped with Dimension, a tool that allows full visibility and centralized management of their network. JustCo also enabled WatchGuard’s Basic Security Suite, the standard set of security protection services including Intrusion Prevention Service, Gateway AntiVirus, URL filtering, application control, spam blocking and reputation lookup. “Before we enabled WatchGuard’s security services, we took a close look at the stability of the VPN solution included in the Fireboxes. WatchGuard’s IPSec VPN solution allows for seamless integration with our many offices across the region without having to worry about security threats on the network. We also have full visibility into network activity with Dimension, making it easier for our IT teams to monitor and manage,” comments Dominic.
Results
As JustCo continues to expand and grow, the co-working space provider also looks to better provide its team with VPN access. With WatchGuard’s competitive price point and ease of configuration, the IT teams at JustCo can quickly standardize services and protect all the networks across the Asia Pacific. “Our IT team supports more than 40 JustCo offices located across Asia Pacific so we are thankful for the ability to support a high volume of traffic. On top of that, with WatchGuard, we can reduce complicated processes and also eliminate the need for our IT teams to learn multiple interfaces. We’re expecting to grow our presence in new and existing markets in the next few years and WatchGuard is our preferred vendor whenever we open or launch new workspaces,” concludes Dominic.
