The WatchGuard Endpoint Security Plug-in for Kaseya VSA is divided into two main sections in the Kaseya VSA UI — Monitor and Configuration.
Monitor
The Monitor section includes a dashboard, managed and unmanaged endpoints, and reports.
Dashboard
The Dashboard page provides an overview of your client accounts and shows counters of specific threats. The dashboard shows the number of computers and devices in the client account, and shows a counter of specific security incidents on devices that have WatchGuard Endpoint Security products installed. Managed Endpoints
On the Managed Endpoints page, you can manage endpoints for all your managed customer devices for each client and view their current security status. You can set security configurations, uninstall the WatchGuard endpoint agent, run a file scan, and isolate and un-isolate devices. For more information, see Managed Endpoints.
Unmanaged Endpoints
On the Unmanaged Endpoints page, you can see a list of clients that do not have the WatchGuard endpoint agent installed and deploy the agent to selected clients. For more information, see Unmanaged Endpoints.
Reports
The Reports page provides you with details about threats and affected devices, the number of occurrences within the last hour, the risk level, and the time and date the threat occurred. For more information, see Reports.
Configuration
The Configuration section includes the Clients, Connections, Alerts, and About pages. Use this section to configure Kaseya and link your WatchGuard Cloud account information, and map your WatchGuard clients to Kaseya VSA.
Clients
The Clients page enables you to manage the computers and devices for the selected client account. After you configure the WatchGuard Endpoint Security plug-in and test the connection for WatchGuard Cloud API access to your WatchGuard Cloud account, you must map your accounts between Kaseya VSA and WatchGuard Cloud. Connections
The Connections page enables you to configure the plug-in with your API access information for WatchGuard Cloud. You must have the authentication and API URLs, access ID and password, and API key provided to you when you enabled API access in WatchGuard Cloud. Alerts
You can create alarms and tickets to receive notifications for security events on the Alerts page. For more information, see Create and Manage Alerts.
About
The About page shows information about the plug-in version, build date and time, links to the WatchGuard Endpoint Security documentation page, and a link to the WatchGuard website.
